Very disappointed in the way my mother was treated when in your store. It sounded to me like the stereotypical way a woman would be treated in an auto parts store. She asked about power steering fluid, and when she was told to use transmission fluid, she asked in a surprised way, transmission fluid for power steering?" And the guys responded in a flippant way, as if exasperated "what's it matter, you're just gonna dump it in anyway without knowing what you're doing." I will be sure to never shop your store again as if this associate treated one person this way for asking a question, I'd be willing to bet others have had a similar experience.
